Stila Cobalt is a moderately cool-toned, medium-dark blue with a matte finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $22.00 and contains 0.01 oz.
Stila Cobalt Smudge Stick Eyeliner ($20.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "deep teal blue." It's a medium blue with a matte finish (I really don't see the teal in this at all). It had good color payoff in one pass, and it was buildable to full opacity in two passes. This shade wore well for eight and a half hours on me. Tarina Tarantino Glamorous Thief (P, $15.00) is very shimmery, darker. Urban Decay Radium (P, $19.00) is more shimmery. MAC Hi-Def Cyan (P, $16.00) is lighter, brighter. bareMinerals 4AM (LE, $15.00) is lighter, warmer. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
