Sephora High Heels (41) Rouge Lacquer ($13.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a rich, vivid medium-dark red with cool undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had good color payoff in a single layer, which didn't build up to full coverage due the amount of slip (it just seemed to push the color around more than add to it).
The consistency felt lightweight, creamy with moderate slip, and more like a balm-lipstick hybrid with the shine of a gloss. It was really comfortable to apply and to wear, and while it had more slip than the average lipstick, I didn't find the color to bleed or feather on me. It stayed on nicely for five hours, left a faint stain behind, and felt moisturizing while worn.
