Blue Rhythm is a light blue with cool undertones and a frosted finish. It had sheer color payoff, which seemed partially due to the very powdery texture, so the product sheered out and didn't stick well to the skin. I would use this over a tacky, white base to maximize color payoff and evenness. It lasted for five hours on me. Sephora + Pantone Universe Citadel (LE, ) is darker (95% similar).
