Sephora Mocha Lip Last Matte Lipstick ($14.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a deep, more muted brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish, though it took over five minutes to dry down to a more semi-matte finish. The texture was lightly creamy, smooth, and more velvety in feel than traditionally "wet" like a twist-up lipstick. The product took almost 10 minutes to dry down to a fully transfer-resistant, flat-matte finish (but it could be sped up after a few minutes by blotting gently).
It was richly pigmented with a formula that delivered even coverage in a single layer that didn't separate along my lip lines when it was set. It was very flexible and lacked the total dryness and cling of most liquid lipstick formulas. It stayed on well for over seven hours and felt neither drying nor hydrating.
