Rose Inc Dahlia Blush Divine Clean Dewy Cream Blush ($18.00 for 0.15 oz.) is rich red with subtle, warm undertones and a soft, luminous sheen that was skin-like but not glossy. The formula doesn't have a full dry down, so it retained light luminosity throughout wear. It had rich pigmentation where a little went a long way, so go in with a lighter hand initially and build up as desired to ensure the easiest, most consistent application.
I found the blush to apply evenly and blend out well, but naturally, it was easier to add a little as needed than to really sheer it out! The texture was lightly tacky to the touch, denser as well, but it spread well over bare skin and on top of foundation. It lasted nicely for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
