Revlon HD Tourmaline (510) Ultra HD Lip Lacquer ($8.99 for 0.20 fl. oz.) is a bright, fuchsia pink with cool, blue undertones and a white sparkle. It had mostly opaque color coverage, which applied fairly evenly, but it could have gone on better. It wore well for five hours on me and was neither drying nor hydrating. NYX Sugar Cookie (P, $5.00) is less sparkly, sheerer. Urban Decay Crush (P, $19.00) is less glossy. Milani Flashy (P, $7.49) is more shimmery. MAC Style Packed (LE, $15.00) is lighter, less shimmery.
