Revlon HD Amber (555) Ultra HD Lip Lacquer is a muted orange-copper with orange and gold shimmer. Despite having a similar texture to other shades in the range, it was rather sheer--at most, semi-sheer--but the base color didn't seem to do much. It lasted for three and a half hours. It could also have gone on more evenly, but luckily, the shimmer distracted the eye from some of the unevenness. MAC Water Deities (LE, $15.00) is less warm-toned, lighter. Divergent Temptation’s Choice (LE) is less shimmery. Maybelline Glistening Amber (055) (P, $8.99) is similar. Illamasqua Culminate (LE, $24.00) is pinker. Revlon Peach (P, $7.49) is similar (I think HD Amber is its replacement). Dior Ambre Lumiere (227) (P, $29.50) is more bronze. Chanel Attirance (LE, $32.00) is similar.
