Propa Beauty Empower Luminous Satin Lipstick ($12.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a deep brown with subtle, warm undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had semi-sheer to medium, buildable pigmentation, which made it one of the sheerer shades in the line-up and truer to the brand's claims of "sheer to full" coverage.
The texture felt smooth, lightly emollient, and a touch tacky, so it glided comfortably over my lips and became more emollient with the warmth of my lips. The color applied fairly evenly and didn't emphasize my lip lines, but it didn't apply as well to the inner area of my lips as other shades. It stayed on well for four and a half hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.
