Flip Out is a dark brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that was buildable to full coverage with two to three layers. The texture was soft, not too powdery nor was it too firmly packed in the pan, and blendable on the lid. This shade wore well for eight hours on me.
