Pat McGrath Peep Show MatteTrance Lipstick ($38.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a soft, peachy-coral with warm undertones and a satin finish. The color payoff was nearly opaque in a single stroke, and it was buildable to full coverage with a second layer (as needed). The texture was lightweight, creamy and velvety without being heavy or overly slippery on the lips, but the product pulled away at my lip lines and appeared a little "cracked" when I smiled. After five minutes, the product seemed to sit a bit better on my lips, but for the price, one probably wants perfection. It wore well for five hours and was non-drying in feel.
