Huetopia is a medium-dark, yellow-peach base with very fine, subtle pink-to-gold shifting p earl that gave it more of a pearly sheen. The base seemed a little more powdery, which seemed to "eat" some of the shimmer so it wasn't as metallic as some of the brand's shimmers can be (but not quite as sheen-like as Skinshow ____ shades).
The texture was lightly powdery in the pan but didn't give me trouble with fallout or blending when applied to my skin. It had opaque color coverage that stayed on well for nine hours before fading a bit.
