Gold Lust 001 is a medium-dark gold with moderate, warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It was a bit more sparkly and less metallic than most of the brand's golds, though by no means a drastic departure from the half dozen (or more) already released to-date.
The texture was smooth to the touch, slightly firmer and dense (so not powdery at all) but not stiff to work with, so the product picked up well with a dry brush and yielded full coverage in a single layer. This shade lasted well for 10 hours before fading a bit but had a smidgen of fallout over time.
