Deep Space is a medium-dark, bluish gray with cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a soft, smooth consistency that felt a bit more like a cream-powder hybrid but wasn't quite as dense nor as cream-like as Dark Matter. The effect of the finish was mostly matte, though, particularly when paired with the more metallic shades in the palette. The eyeshadow blended out easily and lasted nicely for nine and a half hours on me.
