Natasha Denona Black is a slightly cool-toned, very dark black with a matte finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $24.00 and contains 0.17 oz.
Natasha Denona Black Work and Set Gel Eyeliner ($24.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a deep black with neutral undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had opaque color coverage in a single stroke, which applied fluidly across my skin without tugging. It deposited even coverage as I applied the brush against my lash line.
The formula dried down somewhat quickly, but I didn't feel too rushed while working with it, and it ensured that the eyeliner didn't gravitate into my fine lines as it was setting. It wore well for 10 hours before starting to look thinner/slightly faded, and it was around ~70& intact after the 16-hours promised.
