The formula is supposed to stay on for 16 hours "without smudging or transferring," while still being "flexible and comfortable." They are supposed to have "full coverage" and have the "fluid precision of a liquid eyeliner." They worked well on me as eyeliner, though I also tried them as cream eyeshadows/bases as they had a texture that worked well for all-over use, but I found they did crease on me faster as a lid shade compared to fading/thinning as an eyeliner.
The texture was smooth, emollient, and not too thick or thin, and it had the fluidity of a gel-based eyeliner but the opacity of a cream. It was easy to work with an assortment of eyeliner brushes.
