NARS Night Porter High-Pigment Longwear Eyeliner ($24.00 for 0.03 oz.) has a blackened base with flecks of brighter, cooler emerald green and faint blue-teal shimmer and larger sparkle. The texture felt smooth as it glided across my skin, though it appeared more uneven due to the larger shimmer/sparkle particles in it. It had enough slip that it didn't tug during application, but it didn't seem so creamy that it took too long to set. The pigmentation was semi-opaque and fairly buildable to full coverage in two passes. It wore well for eight and a half hours on my lower lash line before I noticed some migration.
