Out There is a muted, medium-dark pink with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had a thinner consistency that kicked up some excess product in the pan and had a tendency to apply unevenly to skin--I felt like the natural oils on my skin would capture the blush and make it harder to blend/diffuse the color out. The product was workable, but it definitely took a couple of minute to diffuse enough that it looked mostly blended and even to my eye. This blush lasted for eight and a half hours on my skin.
