NARS Skin Deep 12-Pan Eyeshadow Palette ($59.00 for 0.80 oz.) is a new, limited edition neutral-themed palette with six mattes and six shimmers. The shades coordinated well with each other, and while the shimmers were shinier, they weren't too thick or dense and had finer shimmer, so they layered well with the mattes in the palette. I think those who tend to build up their mattes or tend to use eyeshadow primer will get the most enjoyment out of the formula and performance of the palette.
