Blackberry is a rich burgundy with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It was intensely pigmented where a little went a long way, and it was easiest to work with using a lighter hand and a more precise brush. This approach makes it easier to diffuse and blend it out without getting a ton of fallout or over-applying it.
The consistency was soft, silky, and smooth but was lightly powdery and had a touch of fallout during application and wasn't the easiest shade to diffuse (but workable). The color stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
