Maybelline Rose Rush (735) Color Sensational Rebel Bloom Lipstick ($7.49 for 0.14 oz.) is a brightened, coral-red with warm undertones and a luminous finish. It had mostly opaque with a light layer of translucency, so the natural lip color will peek through. The consistency was lightweight, emollient, and comfortable to wear as it was lightly hydrating and didn't settle into lip lines. It wore well for four and a half hours on me. Tom Ford Beauty Diego (LE, $32.00) is darker, less glossy. Estee Lauder Carnal (P, $30.00) is redder, darker. MAC Excite (LE, $16.00) is more muted. Bobbi Brown Lady Ruba (P, $26.00) is less glossy.
