Marc Jacobs Beauty Yours to Try Le Marc Liquid Lip Crème ($30.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a medium peach with warm, orange undertones and a satin finish. There was a noticeable sheen, but it wore down to more of a true satin finish after two hours of wear.
The formula is supposed to be hydrating, long-wearing, and have full coverage. If you like the idea of liquid lipstick but prefer more of a satin finish and something more forgiving on the lips, then this formula is going to be more suitable for you. If you prefer a flat, matte finish that's transfer-proof, then this formula will not meet your needs. It is, literally, a liquid version of lipstick--it feels like a lightweight lipstick with light to moderate slip that lasts four to six hours. The consistency was smooth, easy to spread across the lips, and covered evenly and didn't sink into lip lines initially. It was very pigmented and comfortable to wear over the five hours it lasted, though it was more non-drying for me.
