Master Metallics #4 is a muted, medium-dark blue-teal with cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation applied with a dry brush and fully opaque coverage applied with a dampened brush or a fingertip.
The texture was lightly creamy, dense but not stiff to work with, and picked up well with a dry brush. It wasn't quite as blendable along the edge as one might want, as I couldn't get a fully blown out edge. This shade stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
