Editor's Review

The formula is supposed to have buildable coverage with "long-term hydration" that helps to "blur lip lines" and lasts for "[six] hours."T he formula has MAC’s signature vanilla scent but no discernible taste. The majority of the shades I’ve tested in this formula have semi-opaque to opaque coverage, last three to six hours, are hydrating, and feel comfortable to wear. Some are quite pigmented, while others are truer to the buildable coverage claim. There were some shades that seemed to smooth out my lip lines but a few emphasized them or settled into them noticeably.

This is just the shade and lippie I was looking. A shaded burgundy - cool, deep and sophisticated. Feels great on the lips - lasts long enough,.

The colour is so pretty! The lipstick is sheer and moisturising - I did find though that the longer I wore it, I found the hydration a little too much. Its my first Mineralize rich lipstick so maybe I need to get used to this formula. Other than that, lovely product!

I love the new MAC lipsticks! Everyday Diva is great because its very similar to Mac Red. but looks slightly more flattering on NC30/NW20 skin. I love how it can look like sheer lipstain or glaze when you apply one layer or you can build it up and go for the bold red lips. They are vanilla scented, which I love, and come in sleek all black packaging and I really like how they are magnetic so the cap doesn't fall off when you toss it in you're purse.

I have this thing about plum tone reds, or purple or plum toned anything really, so I had to get this and I most definitely wasn't disappointed. This is a wonderfully rich color and definitely holds up to its title of moisturizing, which is a real plus in my book.

So I will admit, I do wear this shade when I'm having my diva days, but it's in the name so hey, who can blame me? This most definitely what I call a 'hollywood' shade of red. The color is bright compared to Cockney, but that's what makes the two stand apart in the MAC red family. One is more hollywood and the other more sultry, in my opinion. Either way, I'm more then happy to have this in my makeup bag.
