MAC Shitake Lipstick ($16.00 for 0.10 oz.) is described as a "deep brown glaze [with a Glaze finish]." It's a muted, medium brown with subtle, warm undertones and a soft, frosted finish. It had semi-sheer color coverage and applied evenly. The consistency had a moderate amount of slip and glided across the lips easily. It lasted for three hours on me. As far as I can tell, this is the discontinued Shitaki, but I have it as Shitaki from years ago, yet this one is labeled Shitake both on the bottom of the lipstick and in the press release. Chanel Icone (55) (P, $34.00) is lighter. Chanel Patchouli (LE, $34.00) is rosier. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Marion (P, $18.00) is less shimmery, more opaque.
