Real Doll is described as a "light pink-lilac [with a Lustre finish]." It's a cool-toned, light-medium pink with a hint of lavender and a light shine. It had semi-sheer color coverage that lasted for two hours and pulled into lip lines slightly over time. I also found it lightly drying. It looked a little streaky at times--you have to be very careful not to over-apply as it is very unforgiving if you do. This shade has been released previously.
