MAC Plumful Lipstick ($15.00 for 0.10 oz.) is described as a "blossoming rose-plum" with a Lustre finish. It's a pinky-plum with a little brightness but nothing too red or too over-the-top. Bobbi Brown Plum Rose is darker. MAC Capricious is more plum. Maybelline Bit of Berry is slightly darker. Bobbi Brown Wild Rose is pinker.

Plumful looks really rose-plum on my lips, no pinky hue; definitely looks different on me than on Christine. I am a brunette with light-medium yellow toned complexion (NC20-25), with naturally mauvish lips. For me rose and plum lip products are usually my lips but better product. I really like the hue of Plumful, but I prefer other MAC finishes than Lustre. As all Lustre lipstick, it looks quite glossy on the lips. I can apply it in a sheer layer and get a very natural look; but I can also build this lipstick until I get a slightly dark plum. It does not last more than a few hours, and will be gone after a meal. It's somewhat hydrating on the lips at first, but I also feel my lips slightly dry after wearing this for a full day. On me it starts bleeding through the day, especially with reapplication; I definitely prefer MAC Matte and Satin finishes.

I loveee this color on my skin tone. It is the perfect lighter pink/plum color for me. It's fairly unique and completely wearable for everyday. It is a buildable color so you can wear it as sheer or as opaque as you want. Easy to apply
