LORAC Stingray is a very cool-toned, very dark blue with a satin finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $19.00 and contains 0.06 oz.
Stingray is a faded navy blue with strong, cool undertones and a barely-there satin shimmer. The eyeshadow had good color coverage, though not quite opaque in a single layer, that applied evenly to bare skin. It blended out better than I expected, though it seemed to fade faster than other shades in the palette. I noticed that it had lost contrast within a few minutes of initial application, and then it was reduced to further noticeable fading by the fifth hour of wear.
Celebrity Makeup Artist Carol Shaw created LORAC's unique, long-lasting, non-irritating eye shadow formula to use on and off the Red Carpet. This unique formula is infused with soothing botanicals such as Calendula and Cornflower. Shade, shadow, line and define with this versatile range of eye shadow colors that can be used wet or dry to create any Red Carpet look you desire.
