Horizon is a light-medium, muted orange with warm undertones and a satin finish. It wasn't quite matte, but it still worked and looked more like a matte eyeshadow in practice. The consistency was smooth, soft, and substantial enough to apply with opaque coverage without need for a primer or a base underneath it. This shade wore well for seven hours on me.
