Lethal Cosmetics Parallax Pressed Multichrome Shadow ($16.50 for 0.056 oz.) has a transparent base with sparkling, multichrome shimmer that shifted from greenish-gold to chartreuse to aqua to lavender. As noted by the brand, the "translucent base" was intentional, so the sheerness was expected. The texture was lightly emollient, which helped minimize the fallout, but I had light fallout when blending out the shade as it didn't adhere as well to bare skin. I'd recommend using this with a primer or a tacky base. This shade stayed on well for eight hours with light fallout over time.
