Purple Pageantry is a dark gray with a mostly matte finish. It had decent color payoff, but the firmer, drier texture did no favors on the lid, where it was difficult to blend out and always looked patchy. It actually seemed to look worse the longer I spent blending it out. It started to fade after six hours.
