Kat Von D Razzle Everlasting Glimmer Veil Liquid Lipstick ($22.00 for 0.18 fl. oz.) is a deep fuchsia with subtle, cool undertones and lighter fuchsia and magenta sparkle. it had semi-opaque color coverage with a very strong, fuchsia-red stain that gave the base a lot of power despite being sheerer overall. This one did stain heavily with the colorful stain lasting into the next day after removal (all of the sparkles removed immediately). The texture was smooth, thin, and lightweight with more of a watery feel as it went on, but it quickly dried down to a transfer-resistant finish--until I ate or drank. It was not waterproof, though, and the stain was more prone to running if it came into moderate contact with water (example: if I took a glass of water and dabbed my lips with a napkin, there would be transfer). The formula stood the test of time well for about ten hours before there was more obvious fading and loss of sparkle. It did not seem to be drying to me over time.
