Kat Von D Gold Skool Everlasting Glimmer Veil Liquid Lipstick ($22.00 for 0.18 oz.) is a bright, medium gold with warm, yellow undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had medium coverage, which was in line with the description, but I was surprised that it didn't adhere as evenly as other shades have in the past. The texture emphasized my natural texture a bit and pulled away at my lip lines. It did feel very smooth and lightweight once applied, and it dried down to a transfer-resistant finish... until I ate or drank (even just water.)
This was a shade that would be better layered, though I'd recommend using fingertips to spread it out (unless using over a liquid matte lipstick). It was the type of lip product that lasted as long as one could go without eating or drinking, which for me was about eight hours (but not 24 hours). It wasn't drying over time and was surprisingly comfortable given the type of formula.
