Hanami is a deep red with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque color payoff that was buildable to full coverage with two to three layers. The consistency felt grainy and on the drier side, which can be something that happens with more matte, reddish hues like this, though it didn't have a meaningful impact in the application as the eyeshadow blended out well along the edges. It lasted nicely for eight hours on me before starting to fade.
