JD Glow Watermark is a moderately cool-toned, dark blue with a sparkle finish. It is a permanent eyeshadow that retails for $7.50 and contains 0.0952 oz.
JD Glow Watermark Galaxy Shadow ($7.50 for 0.0952 oz.) is a deep, navy blue base with cool undertones paired with flecks of gold and blue sparkle over a metallic sheen. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, lightly creamy texture that was a bit denser and thicker compared to most shades in the range.
The product had fairly good adhesion to bare skin but had some fallout during application. I'd recommend patting/pressing into place or else using it with a fingertip or a dampened brush to minimize fallout. This shade wore well for eight and a half hours and had light fallout over time.
