Terra Moons Aquarius Moon Duochrome Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a darker blue with cool undertones, but not so cool that it leaned into purple territory, paired with flecks of navy blue and warmer purple flecks of large sparkle. Per the brand, they advised using a glitter glue when working with it due to the larger particle size, which I'd agree with, in order to avoid fallout.
