JD Glow Bora Bora Galaxy Shadow ($7.50 for 0.0952 oz.) is a bright, light blue with cooler undertones and warmer, green-to-gold shifting shimmer that gave it an intense, metallic finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage in a single layer paired with a smooth, slightly denser consistency (but not firm).
The eyeshadow picked up well with a dry brush but had light fallout, so I'd recommend pressing and patting into place or using a dampened brush. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
