Clionadh Arctic Circle Metallic Eyeshadow ($4.75 for 0.06 oz.) is bright, light-medium blue with cooler undertones and a metallic finish that seemed to have slightly golden shimmer to it. The consistency was dense, slightly thick but not to the point where it was difficult to pick up with a brush or did not apply evenly, smooth, and lightly creamy.
It had rich color payoff that applied evenly and stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
