Clionadh Ciel Glitter Multichrome Eyeshadow ($7.50 for 0.05 oz.) is a brighter, sky blue base with shimmer and sparkle that shifted from gold to greenish-gold to greenish-aqua. Per the brand, it has a "semi-pigmented blue base with large glitter particles that shift from gold-green-blue." The description by the brand was accurate; it had more dimension at all angles as the shimmer contrasted quite a lot with the base.
The texture was soft, more loosely-pressed but was still lightly creamy, so the product adhered well to bare skin with very minimal fallout during application (even with a dry brush, which wasn't recommended). It had nearly opaque pigmentation that applied with a dry brush and more opaque coverage applied with a fingertip or a dampened brush. It stayed on nicely for nine hours before fading noticeably.
