Sapphire #9 is a bright, light-medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had opaque pigmentation with a denser, lightly creamy texture that was thicker but not too stiff, so it wasn't too difficult to pick up with a brush and apply to my lids for even, opaque coverage. It stayed on well for eight hours on me before creasing faintly.
