Sapphire #8

Sapphire #8 is a medium, cobalt blue with strong, cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. The texture was rather powdery, and while it was mostly powdery in the pan, there was some fallout when working with it as well. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that was buildable and blendable, but I'd highly recommend doing eyes first if you're going for full coverage without a primer to clean-up the fallout afterward. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.
