Sand Haze #8 is a darker, coppery red with warm undertones and a pearly sheen. It had semi-opaque color coverage, which applied best with a dry brush but one had to push and jab at the surface a bit to get an even layer of product to apply. The texture was just drier and firmer with a thicker consistency that emphasized skin texture. It stayed on for seven and a half hours before showing signs of wear.
