Lilac #9 is a light purple with cooler undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was opaque in a single layer, so it seemed quite promising, and while it was somewhat powdery, it did not seem as powdery as other shades in the palette. Unfortunately, actual application showed this shade for what it was; it was very dusty and drier, so the product blended away and led to patchy, bald spots on my skin to the point where I couldn't even detect where I applied it. The color just seemed to disintegrate during application! The color wore well for six hours from what little I could see of it (to begin with).
