Excite

Excite is a medium-dark, warm red micro-glitter suspended in a transparent base. The brand recommended to apply it using their just-released "Fender Blender" brush or a "flat, dense brush," so I used the latter. I would say that while it beat out my expectations (which were admittedly low), it would still work best with fingertips and/or an adhesive base or spray to help it apply evenly and adhere better over the day. For lightly patting on top of an existing shade, it was easy enough to use with fingertips, but I felt like brushes tended to trap the glitters between the bristles unless I really packed the product onto my brush (and then it was too much for layering). There wasn't much fallout during application, though. It lasted for five and a half hours before there was noticeable fallout.
