Emerald #8 is a rich, olive green with warm undertones and a metallic finish. The eyeshadow felt soft, lightly creamy, and was dense without being stiff or too thick--it was easier to apply compared to some of the other shimmers in the palette. It was intensely pigmented and stayed on well for nine hours on me.
