Haus Labs Empire Eye-dentify Gel Pencil ($18.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a medium-dark teal with subtle, cool undertones and a pearly sheen. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a a lightly creamy consistency that didn't drag or tug but was very quick to set, so it did not smudge out easily (a good sign for longevity but harder to correct mistakes or soften if desired!). It lasted for eight and a half hours before fading more visibly.
