Scandal'ice is a pale lavender with cool, blue undertones and flecks of blue micro-glitter and sparkle. It had medium color coverage but had a tendency to sheer out as it had a looser consistency that just didn't hold together as well. It worked best as a layering shade rather than a standalone color. The powder applied well to cheeks as a highlighter, but the sparkles moved around a lot when I blended and traveled while worn. As an eyeshadow, it had some fallout but did blend out decently. It wore nicely for eight hours but again, had fallout/sparkles traveling while worn.
