Clionadh Llyr is a very cool-toned, light lavender with a metallic finish. It is a permanent highlighter that retails for $12.50 and contains 0.21 oz.
Clionadh Llyr Powder Highlighter ($12.50 for 0.21 oz.) swirls together to create a bright, bluish-lavender with strong, cool undertones and an intense, metallic finish.
It was incredibly pigmented so a little went a long way, and when combined with the softer, more loosely-pressed texture, it was easy to pick up more product than desired so use a lighter hand initially. It definitely wasn't what I'd describe as "buildable" without making a concerted effort to use barely any product so it was more pigmented than makreted.
The texture was smooth and soft to the touch, and it applied evenly and blended out well on my skin. Despite being very shiny and metallic, it didn't emphasize my skin's natural texture. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly on me.
