Fenty Beauty Chillz Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter ($34.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a bright, aqua blue base with flecks of icy blue and silver sparkle and glitter. If you love glittery highlighters, this might be in your wheelhouse, but for those who raise a brow at the mere mention of sparkle, then read this: it is ALL about the sparkle here!
The finish has a high-shine, wet-look to it because of how sparkly and metallic the highlighter was once buffed and blended on my skin. It had more semi-opaque, buildable coverage, and the base seemed more translucent but was chocked full of sparkle and glitz so it still seemed quite pigmented. This shade released during the holidays in the brand's Killawatt palette, though I found the full-sized take to be less powdery, more sparkly, and easier to use, though it looked a little drier on my skin compared to other Killawatts. It emphasized my skin's texture slightly as well. It wore nicely for eight hours before starting to fade noticeably, and there was slight migration of glitter over time.
