Midnight Bolt is a medium-dark blue with cool undertones and faint flecks of silver sparkle over a pearly sheen. It had good pigmentation both wet and dry, though the dry application wasn't quite as deep nor as metallic compared to the dampened application. This was the least glittery shade in the palette, and it had the firmest texture and wasn't quite as blendable as the others, though it had a lot less fallout and could be used dry. It wore well for eight hours on me with minor fallout.
