No Chill is a deep navy blue with strong, cool undertones that gave it a purplish cast at times. It had a metallic sheen with finer pearl/shimmer, so the consistency remained smooth and creamy without any noticeable grit/texture from the shimmer. The lipstick applied evenly across my lips and never dragged during application with nearly opaque pigmentation. There was a touch of product that pulled into my deeper lip lines, but I didn't notice it from a normal viewing distance. This shade stayed on nicely for four and a half hours and was hydrating over time.
